The site presents the venue and services of MOFT Forest Events (venue hire for events, catering, decor, cocktail bar, draft beer, shisha and tobacco bar, event planning). The information is for presentation purposes and is not a binding offer.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the contact form is not a booking. Date availability, prices and conditions are confirmed by us in a written offer, and a booking becomes final only after the contract is signed and the agreed deposit is paid.
3. Photos and content
Texts, photos, clips, the logo and the site design belong to MOFT Forest Events or their authors and may not be copied or used without our written consent. The decor shown comes from real events; each event receives a decor agreed with the client.
4. Testimonials
Impressions sent through the site are published after review. We may decline to publish offensive or promotional messages or those containing other people’s personal data.
5. Tobacco and alcohol
Shisha, tobacco bar and alcoholic drinks are intended exclusively for guests aged 18 and over.
6. Liability
We make every effort to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it may change. Links to other sites (Google, social networks) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
7. Disputes
Romanian law applies. For complaints, contact us at any time at contact@moftforestevents.ro. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection — anpc.ro, including its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL).
